AVN: Alien vs Ninja

Alien vs Ninja! Another splatter masterpiecce from the producer of The Machine Girl and Tokyo Gore Police! I bought this film completely on a whim, I was already sold on the title but seeing who was involved and the Eastern Eye logo on the cover, I just had to have it. I already knew I was in for a treat but man oh man was I not let down. This film is like if you take the original Predator film, replace the Predator with a gang of Kaiju looking beasts that wouldn`t look out of place doing battle with Godzilla. And the soldiers with the Hayabusa Clan from Ninja Gaiden. If you think that sounds good you are wrong... It`s goddamned fantastic!!!

Alien vs Ninja follows a young group of Ninja who on their way home from a mission witness a meteor falling from the sky which lands near their village. They are immediately tasked with investigating. What they discover is a ravenous, wicked fast and formidable race of Aliens who quickly begin wiping out members of their group and ravaging the local villages. Soon it is left to three Ninja and one young survivor to fight off these mysterious monsters.

Alien vs Ninja is an absolute blast from beginning to end. Plenty of gore and badass Ninja fighting to go around. But as this is from the Tokyo Gore Police and Machine Girl producer the film knows exactly what it is and just goes all out with it. The action is awesome, switching between epic and funny at the drop of a hat. The Aliens themselves have a pretty cool design which walks a fine line between campy and creepy.

All in all this film is an awesome fun time and I can see myself watching this one very often.And I recommend you track down a copy of Alien vs Ninja stat! It has every thing. Blood, monsters, Ninja`s, humor, action and so much more! Whats not to love!?
